We thoroughly enjoyed seeing many old friends and acquaintances at our annual spring plant sale last weekend at the Greene County Fairgrounds, along with meeting new folks and making more friends! We greatly appreciate your generous support. All proceeds from the sale benefit our local community garden projects, including the Boys and Girls Club Youth Demonstration Garden, the Tabernacle Mission Soup Kitchen Garden, the New Hope Cemetery Garden and landscape projects at the Greene County Fairgrounds and the Research and Education Center at Greeneville. We will see you next year with an assortment of flowers, herbs, and veggies…and even MORE educational demonstrations…. Sample a taste at the Greene County Fairgrounds on Saturday, May 12th as they demonstrate how to use those herbs you just bought with ease! Demo time is 10:00 am.
